Welcome to Lagos

I was so excited when this show "welcome to Lagos" aired. It is a documentary about Lagos in Nigeria. Lagos is the most populous country in West Africa. Lagos is the New York city of Nigeria. The sad thing is they showed only the slums, dirtiest and poorest parts of Lagos. I thought it was gonna show people who have never been to Lagos how beautiful the city is. The truth is Lagos is a very beautiful city even thought there is a lot going on. Apparently, they only had 3 episodes. I really did not get the point of the whole thing. My roommate who is Nigerian and has never been to Nigeria really thought that was how the whole of Nigeria looked like. She is probably so discouraged about going back. They only good thing that came from this documentary is that Vocal slender became known. His album is on iTunes btw y'all should buy it and help a brother out.
